Kokernag ):- A joint team of Revenue and Police demolished around half a dozen illegal structures in Larnoo tehsil of Kokernag Subdivision and also removed encroachment of State land as well as retrieval of same. The team led by SDM Kokernag comprised Tehsildar Larnoo, NT Larnoo, Police, and other revenue officials. Illegal encroachments as far as 60 km from headquarters were demolished during the drive.
Despite severe cold sub-zero conditions the successful drive was carried out at 8am in the morning and a strong message was sent to all violators, no matter how far from headquarters they might be, that Revenue and proper action as per Law shall be initiated against all violators as per directions of DC Anantnag
