JKSSB Syllabus for the Post of Stock Assistant and Veterinary Pharmacist
The complete examination syllabus for the post of Stock Assistant and Veterinary Pharmacist carries a total of 120 marks to be completed within a time duration of 02 hours. The evaluation is divided into four distinct sections.
1) Basis Mathematics
This section accounts for 20 marks. It includes the topics of Percentage, Average, Time, Work and Distance, Ratio and Proportions, Problem of Age, Probability, LCM, HCF, and Mensuration.
2) Basis Reasoning
This section accounts for 20 marks. It evaluates candidates on Analogies, Relationship concepts, Figure odd one out, Direct Sense, Figure Series completion, Venn Diagram, Number series, and Coding/Decoding.
3) Basis English
This section accounts for 30 marks. The test covers Articles, Synonyms, Antonyms, Preposition, Verbs, Reading comprehension, Determiners, Spellings, and Sentences.
4) General Awareness and Science
This section carries the highest weightage of 50 marks. It spans General current events at the National Level, Sports, India culture, India history, Indian geography, Capital/State, General Science, and Health, Hygiene and Sanitation. Additionally, it includes regional focus areas covering the Geography of Jammu and Kashmir, the Culture of Jammu and Kashmir, and the History of Jammu and Kashmir.
