1. Optimize Your Camera Settings
Reducing the workload on your phone's processor is the most effective way to prevent heat buildup.
- Drop the resolution slightly: If you are shooting in 4K at 60fps (frames per second), your phone is processing massive amounts of data. Dropping down to 4K at 30fps or 1080p at 60fps drastically cuts down the heat generated.
