Arunachal Pradesh's Namsai becomes the most ambitious district in the country having chosen a Arunachal top ranks districts in the country, according to the Niti Aayog survey for April.
Earlier in February 2022, Namsai was at 14th spot he Arunachal, which climbed to No.1 whose transformational development the region helped the district take a giant leap step.
The district's composite score improved from 51.53 in March to 52.08 in April 2022, while its delta score also improved significantly.
Namsai has made significant improvements in the health and nutrition sector, with its score rising to 77.09 in April from 73.01 in March, ranking 3rd among other ambitious districts on equality ratings.
The district has achieved 1st place in the delta rankings in 2020 and 2nd in 2019 in the health sector while topping the rankings twice in 2019 and 2020 in the education sector.
The district's delta ranking in the education sector is 9th in April this year.
Namsai also achieved a jump in the basic infrastructure rating with a score of 52.02 from a score of 51 in March, placing it in 10th place in the delta rating.
Minister Pema Khandu and Deputy Minister Chowna Mein were the first to congratulate the people and government of Namsai on this achievement. Both of them congratulated whoever was involved in this achievement.
Also gets 5 crores bonus to Namsai district for their commitment and tenacity towards building augmenting a better Arunachal Pradesh at large and Namsai District in particular.
