ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for contractual hiring of services under
National Health Mission, J&K for following posts in view of addendum in eligibility criteria of
some categories. The candidates who have already applied for the posts of Clinical
Psychologist/Psychiatric Social Worker (for IMHANS), Technical coordinator/Project
Coordinator (for IMHANS), Programme Officer/Psychiatrist (NMHP/DMHP), Clinical
Psychologist (NMHP/DMHP), Psychiatric Social Worker (NMHP/DMHP) in response to this
office Advertisement Notice No. SHS/NHM/J&K/HR/10766-72 Dated: 06/09/2022 need not to
apply afresh, their eligibility/age shall be reckoned same as mentioned in the application form.
However, for the post of Counsellor Tele-MANAS Cell IMHANS only fresh applications are
invited.

Terms & Conditions:-
1. For UT level posts at IMHANS, Srinagar and State Health Society, J&K, candidates of all the
districts of the UT are eligible and selection shall be made as per the UT level merit.
2. In case of District Level posts selection shall be made on District merit. However, in case of
(Programme Officer/Psychiatrist) (NMHP/DMHP) if the suitable candidate from local
district is not available, in that case Divisional Merit shall be taken into consideration.
3. Hiring will be purely on contractual basis, initial contract for hiring shall be upto
31st March of the financial year in which selection is made, and further yearly extension
will be subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate/approval of the post by the
Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
4. Application form will be available on the official website www.jknhm.com which is the only
and authentic source of information with respect to National Health Mission, J&K.
5. This office shall not be responsible for inconvenience caused to anybody due to misleading/
false information made available by any other source/website(s) purportedly claiming to be
associated with NHM, J&K, in any manner whatsoever.
6. The last date of submission of application forms is 28TH of April 2023 and no application
would be entertained after the above mentioned date (neither in person nor by post).
7. List of documents to be enclosed with the application form:
i. Date of Birth Certificate.
ii. Degree certificate of requisite Qualification.
iii. Marks sheet of all years/one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the
years of the required qualification for the post applied for.
iv. Copy of Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India/ J&K State
Medical Council in case of Medical Graduates.
v. Domicile Certificate.
8. Applications not falling in the prescribed criteria or without aforesaid documents shall be
rejected out rightly.
9. Number of vacancies is only indicative and may increase or decrease.
10. Date of examination and mode of selection shall be notified separately, candidates are
advised to keep themselves updated through the website. No individual communication to
the candidates shall be made in this regard.
