Subject:- Engagement/Hiring of Helpers/AAYAs under support at Pre Primary (ECCE) for the year 2023-24.
ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
The village Level applications form on prescribed format are invited from the eligible female candidate of the below mentioned school falls as per terms and conditions laid/mentioned below. The Eligible female candidates of the wards of the school for engagement/hearing of helpers/AAYAS purely on honorarium basis @5000/-P.M for the session 2023-24. In Pursuance of Society Order No. 07 of CHIRAG-2023 dated:- 09-01-2023, Director SAMAGRA SHIKSHA, J&K order No. Edu/PD/SMS/ECCE/Helpers/1861-1905/2023-24 dated:- 06-06-2023 and Chief Education Officer Order No. CEOJ/SMS/8189-99 Dated:- 12-06-2023. 1. Only female candidates can apply. 2. The candidate must be the domicile of the village where approved school is located. 3. Candidate must belong to BPL Category. 4. Candidate must be physically and mentally fit to carryout job. S. Minimum qualification of candidate is 8th passes. 6. Preference shall be given to the candidate from BPL category in the below mentioned order of priority. 1. Widow 2. Divorced 3. Orphan 4. Any candidate among the poorest of poor of the village. 7. The age of the candidate must be between 18 to 37 years as on 01-06- 2023. 8. The candidates shall be In receipt of honorarium of Rs. 5000/- per month which may vary as per approval in the subsequent year in PAS of SAMAGRA Shiksha. 9. In case of Misconduct/MIsbehavior undersigned have the right o terminate the helper/AAYA in consultation with Panchayat Halqa and report from concerned HOI. The replacement for new AAYA/Helper shall be made within 7 days. 10. The job chart of the AAYA/Helper shall be issued separately. 11. If anybody feels aggrieved with the selection of Helper/AAYA an appeal shall be preferred to the Chief Education Officer Jammu with in the period 15 days from the- selection and if not resolved the second appeal may be filled before the Director School Education Jammu. 12. In case TIE up cases the preference shall be given to the senior/elder in age. 13. The advertised post is purely on temporary basis and the candidate if selected shall not claim for permanent absorption and the candidate shall submit an undertaking in the shape of affidavit duly attested by Judicial Magistrate in this regards
