ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE NO. 157 of 2023 Dated: 14-08-2023

Subject: Advertisement for engagement of Human Resource for One Stop Centre/Sakhi centre (OSC) for women ,Jammu against the vacancies availableFast track recruitment thereof.

 

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for participation in the selection process for below mentioned posts, purely on temporary/contractual basis for a period of one year on consolidated salary for providing round the clock (24x7) duties ,subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of scheme and funding from the Government. The posts are being advertised on account of vacancies available in the One Stop Centre (OSC) /Sakhi centre in the District Jammu under Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, GOI as per guidelines of issued vide no. WW-23/1/2021 — WW dated 14-07-2022.

 

Criteria for short listing/Selection for the posts mentioned at serial number 1 to 5: i. Educational Qualification:- 80 points (On Pro-rata basis) ii. Viva-voce: 20 points iii. List of shortlisted candidates shall be intimated through print and electronic media and candidates may be called to bring original testimonials for verification and checking before the interview committee. iv. Any misrepresentation in the application form disturbing short listing may invite legal action. v. No individual interview call letters shall be issued. No TA/DA shall be paid. Terms and Conditions:- 1. The applicant must have domicile certificate & resident of _MK UT belonging to District Jammu. 2. Candidates applying for multiple posts need to apply separately. 3. Candidates must have a good moral character. 4. The Candidates must possess the minimum requisite qualification at the time of submitting the form. Any claim regarding qualification made after the closing date for the receipt of application forms shall not be entertained.

5. Applicant should be medically fit for field visit in different blocks/villages of District Jammu. 6. There shall be no right to seek permanent absorption in the department and regularization of any sort. (The candidates upon their selection against a particular post shall have to execute an agreement with the employer through medium of a prescribed affidavit duly executed/sworn before learned Judicial Magistrate to the effect that he/she will have no claim /any right for permanent absorption/ regularization in the state Government at any later stage). 7. The maximum period of hiring the services shall be one year subject to the performance of the candidates and the candidates may be removed before the prescribed period in case of misconduct and display of non-professional behaviour without serving any prior notices. 8. The applicant must attach self attested photo copies of the following Certificates/Testimonials with the Applicantion form (No under process certificate will be accepted) i. Domicile Certificate ii. Matriculation Diploma for date of birth iii. All requisite academic qualification certificates along with marks cards iv. Professional/ Technical Certificate from the Government Institute/Government recognized Institute v. Experience Certificate, if any vi. Recent passport size photographs of the applicant duly self attested to be pasted on the application form. 10. No Application shall be accepted after the expiry of last date. 11. Applications found incomplete in any manner during the scrutiny shall be rejected without any further notice to the candidate. 12. The application should reach in this office by or before 31-08-2023 at 4:30 pm. 13. Any Word/Sentence which may be read otherwise due to misprint or typing error shall be presumed as interpreted by the selection committee. 14. Committee reserves the right to cancel/alter/amended any term or condition of selection or hiring of services deemed fit by the selection committee. 15. Application forms complete in all respect along with self attested copies of qualification/ experience shall be submitted in the office of District Social Welfare Officer Jammu (Amphalla, Rehari JAMMU) in person or through registered post by or before 31-8-2023. The terms & conditions of service shall be determined by the District Management Committee (OSC). 16. The number of applicant for the viva voice sh,li be short listed in the ratio of 1:5 on pro—rata basis.
