In terms of S.0 364 of 2020 dated: 27.11.2020 applications on plain papers are invited from the •eligible non-PSC/ retired persons of the UT of J&K for engagement as Assistant Professor on academic arrangement basis, initially for a period of one year, extendable up to a period of six years (one year at a time and subject to good performance and conduct) or till the selection/pro motion is made in accordance with recruitment rules governing the respective posts, whichever is earlier.
The candidates shall submit the copies of the following documents with their application forms: 1. MBBS Degree and MCI/NMC Registration, M.D in the concerned discipline from an institution duly recognized by the Medical Council of India/National Medical Commission. 2. D.M (Immunology) or M.D Immuno-Hematology and Blood Transfusion or M.D Pathology or M.D Hematology with two years teaching experience or special training in the department of Immuno Hematology and blood Transfusion for Blood Bank Lecturer.
3. MD (PMR)/MD (Medicine) with Diploma in PMR/MS (General Surgery)/MS (Orthopedics) with two years special training in the specialty of the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Rehabilitation Medicine) or two years of equivalent training from an institution, recognized by MCl/NMC. 4. Experience certificate issued by the Competent Authority/ Head of Institution. 5. Professional Publications (full text), published in indexed/ national journals, as prescribed. 6. Date of birth Certificate.
7. Domicile Certificate.
8. Application forms complete in all respects, should be accompanied with a non-. refundable bank draft for Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) pledged to Principal, Govt. Medical College, Anantnag and submitted in the office of Administrative Officer, Main Campus, GMC Anantnag.
The appointment against the advertised posts shall and shall always be on academic arrange ment basis only without conferment of any preferential right on the engagees for regular appoint ment against these posts, which shall be made strictly in accordance with the relevant recruitment rules.
The appointment on academic arrangement basis shall by itself stand terminated on attainment of 70 years of the age by the appointee. The service of an appointee under the relevant rules shall be terminable before the expiry of the tenure of appointment with one months notice from either side or on payment of one month salary in lieu of notice by appointing authority.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Chairperson of the selection committee shall be final.
The application form, complete in all respects, must reach the office of the Administrative Officer, GMC Anantnag, Main Campus, Dialgam, by or before 20 /04/2023 (4 PM).
