Online application forms from the domicile of Union Territory of J&K are invited for the tenure post of Registrar in the below mentioned discipline of the College as per the relevant rules in vogue for an initial period of one (1) year, further extendable on yearly basis maximum upto three (3) years subject to satisfactory work and conduct certificate from the concerned HOD:-

needs to submit the application only through proper channel to the office of

04:00PM
CONDITIONS AND ELIGIBILITY
Incomplete application form(s) in any aspect or incomplete relevant documents submitted shall invite rejection without further communication.
a. FOR IN-SERVICE (PSC)/CANDIDATES:-
1. The In-service doctors shall be paid salary as per their LPC.
2. The In-service doctor shall be allowed to participate in the selection
process only with the prior permission of the Administrative Department
viz. Health & Medical Education Department, J&K as per the
policy/guidelines issued by the Govt. Order No. 164-HME of 2012 dated
02.03.2012 followed by Govt. Order No. 474-HME of 2014 dated
11.08.2014 for the purpose, they shall route their application forms
through Administrative Department. No advance copy shall be entertained.
3. In case of selection, they will be allowed only after getting relived from
their Administrative Department.
4. The in-service candidate if selected shall be on deputation for three
years as per SRO-75 dated 15.04.1993.
b. FOR CANDIDATES WHO ARE NOT IN GOVT. SERVICE: - (Non-PSC
candidates).
1. The Non-PSC candidates shall be engaged on Academic Arrangement
Basis as per terms and conditions of S.O.364 dated 27.11.2020 read
with Govt Order No. 282-JK(HME) of 2023 dated 04.04.2023 and is entitled for salary as applicable under S.O-364 dated 27.11.2020.
2. The maximum age of the candidate at the time of submission of application should be 50 years as per S.O-364 dated 27.11.2020.
c. GENERAL CNDITIONS OF ELIGIBLILITY FOR ALL CANDIDATES:-
1. The candidates who were earlier appointed as Registrar in Dental
College/Medical College but have left the job before completing tenure
need not to apply.
2. Those candidates who have already completed their tenure as Registrar
in any discipline in Dental College/Medical College need not to apply
and their application forms shall not be entertained.
3. Any appointee (doctor) intending to leave the job shall have to provide
one month prior notice duly forwarded by the concerned HoD or else the
doctor shall have to deposit one month salary in this institution.
4. No experience certificate shall be issued before 02 years after joining.
5. The tenure shall be terminated at any time if the work and conduct is
found unsatisfactory or in case indiscipline/misconduct.
d. THE APPLICATION FORM SHOUL BE ACCOMPANIED WITH
ATTESTED COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS/TESTIMONIALS:-'
1. MBBS Degree from recognized College & recognized University.
2. Internship compilation certificate.
3. Attempt certificate issued by the Head of Institution/University.
4. Marks card of all years of MBBS.
5. MD Degree from recognized College & recognized University (if any).
6. Service Certificate (clearly indicate Rural Service if any) issued by the
Director Health, Jammu/Srinagar in respect of in-service doctors.
7. Best outgoing student in each year (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th) in university
professional examination, (if any).
8. Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in university professional examination,
(if any).
9. Distinction in any subject in university professional examination, (if any).
10. Subject wise 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in university professional examination, (if any).
11. Paper presentation, Poster presentation in National/International conference, (if any).
12. Best paper Award, Best Poster award and Best Video Presentation, (if
any)
13. Registration Certificate (upto-date) of J&K Medical Council.
14. Date of Birth certificate.
15. A copy of Aadhar Card.
16. Domicile certificate/proof.']
17. A passport size photograph should be pasted at the appropriate place
on the application form.
18. Affidavit duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate declaring that the
applicant has not done Registrarship/Demonstratorship/Sr.
Residentship in the earlier within or outside the UT (J&K) in any discipline.
19. NOC form Administrative Department Health & Medical Education in
case of in-service candidate
20. PSC candidates if selected will be permitted to join after furnishing
relieving from Administrative Department.
The selection of the candidate will be made on the basis of combined
academic merit.
The engagement of the doctors as Registrar shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:-
1. Tenure appointment shall be subject to work and conduct of the doctors
in the College/Hospital remaining satisfactory during his/her tenure. In
case of misconduct or negligence in duties or found indulging in strike
or any other activity which affects the hospital services/patient care, the
tenure engagement of doctor shall be terminated without any notice.
2. The selected candidate shall be whole timer and shall not engage himself/herself in private and in lieu of the loss of practice he/she shall
be entitled to non-practicing allowance as admissible under rules. In
the event of those doctors found resorting to private practice, their
engagement will be terminated without any notice and disciplinary
action will be taken against him/her.
3. The selected candidate shall submit an undertaking duly sworn in before
the 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that he/she has read all the terms
and conditions and shall abide the same before he/she is allowed to join
after engagement.
