Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang-Golay today during an event of the state level celebration of World Environment Day which was held at Saramsa Garden, declares Himalayan Blue Duke as the State Butterfly.
According to reports,'Two butterflies were short listed for the public and expert poll out of which blue duke got 2,295 votes. The total vote cast were 4,036'.
