Ques 1. How can I learn about open positions at REPL?
Ans- Contact human resources Department to enquire about your interest in applying for their open positions or you may log in to our website and check the Jobs section where the details of all current vacancies is available. You may send mail at hrd@resonance.ac.in
Ques 2. How do I apply for a position that you have advertised?
Ans- You may send your resume via email at hrd@resonance.ac.in or by filling the on-line application form available on the web site.
Ques 3. What happens after I submit my resume online?
Ans- Once the resume is received in the Human Resource Department, the resume shortlisting process is started.
Ques 4. Do you hire people as part time employees?
Ans - Yes, we do recruit people on Part-Time basis (as and when required)
Ques 5. How does the recruitment process work when I apply for a specific job?
Ans- After receiving your resume via post/mail/fax, shortlisting is done on the basis of required qualification, experience etc.Then after written test is conducted (if applicable for the vacant position) of the shortlisted candidate followed by presentation along with HR interview.
All the information of the above process is given to the candidate via e mail or sms or telephonically.
Ques 6. How will I know if I am selected to participate in the interview process?
Ans The HR department will send the information of shortlisting to the shortlisted candidates via email and SMS.
Ques 7. What does the recruitment procedure consist of?
Ans In general the Recruitment Process consist of Written Test followed by Demonstration lecture and personal Interview in case of Academic Positions and Power Point presentation and Personal Interview for Non Academic positions.
Ques 8. Will I receive an acknowledgement receipt of my application to fill a vacancy?
Ans- Yes, when you will send the resume at hrd@resonance.ac.in, you will get the delivery acknowledgment.
Ques 9. What if later I want to be relocated to another REPL Centre?
Ans -Yes, you may request the concerned head for the transfer and according to the need at the centre and approval of your concerned head, you may be transfered to any existing or upcoming centres of Resonance.
Ques 10. Does REPL offer a new hire orientation program?
Ans- Yes, the orientation program is usually scheduled at Kota (Head office).The duration of the orientation programme depends upon the profile that the new incumbent will be responsible for.
Ques 11. How long are applications kept?
Ans: 3 Months after 3 months a candidate is required to submit a fresh candidature.
Ques 12. Can I send a job description to someone I know who may be interested?
Ans: Yes
