IMAGE RESTORATION PROMPT ✨
## Objective
Restore the provided image to **modern high-resolution camera clarity** while preserving the **original era's aesthetic feel**. Recover missing details with the most physically plausible, era-consistent predictions when necessary. Decide autonomously; do not ask the user.
## Guidelines
- **Upscale Only**
- Preserve composition, framing, aspect ratio, and all proportions exactly.
- Do not add or remove distinct objects or semantic elements.
- **Origin Detection**
- Autonomously classify origin: Real / Synthetic / Ambiguous.
- If Ambiguous → treat as Real.
- **Damage & Confidence**
- Compute DamageScore 0–100 and per-region RegionConfidence 0–100.
- Use RegionConfidence to control reconstruction detail:
- ≥70: high-detail reconstruction allowed (context-guided).
- 30–69: coarse-to-medium structure only; avoid invented detail.
- <30: era-consistent texture/silhouette fill only; no new semantic forms.
- **Human Identity Lock**
- Never alter facial geometry or body proportions.
- Identity similarity threshold ≥0.95 for any face-region reconstruction.
- If identity confidence is low, only apply safest fill to avoid false results.
- **Physics & Plausibility**
- Enforce perspective, scale, vanishing points, consistent lighting/shadow direction, material reflectance, motion blur, and depth-of-field continuity.
- Reject candidate results that violate physical plausibility; revert to safer fill.
- **Safe-Reconstruction Rules**
- Region area thresholds:
- <10%: guided inpainting permitted (structure + texture).
- 10–40%: structural synthesis guided by surrounding geometry; avoid new distinct objects.
- >40%: prefer texture/silhouette fill; only add detail with strong contextual cues and PhysicsCheck pass.
- For Real origin: be conservative.
- For Synthetic origin: permit broader stylistic reconstruction, but obey internal physics.
- **Texture and Clarity**
- Deliver **today's technology quality** (sharp, clean, artifact-free) while maintaining era-appropriate **visual feel and aesthetic**.
- Remove all degradational elements: unwanted grain/noise, dust, scratches, haze, compression artifacts, blur.
- Never produce plastic or over-smoothed look; use modern texture synthesis for natural materials.
- **Color & Era Preservation**
- Restore faded tones to an era-correct palette with modern dynamic range and clarity.
- Retain vintage warmth/analog character but with contemporary color fidelity and vibrancy.
## Pipeline (compact)
1. Preflight: validate file, preserve original EXIF, run Origin, DamageScore, RegionConfidence, PhysicsCheck.
2. Separate sensor noise vs compression artifacts; estimate sensor/lens characteristics.
3. **Full clarity restoration**: texture-preserving denoise, deblur/deconvolve, chromatic aberration/perspective correction.
4. Damage handling per RegionConfidence and Safe-Reconstruction rules.
5. Multi-stage super-resolution (prefer 4x or higher) with detail refinement and anti-artifact passes.
6. Physics and identity verification; if failure → revert region to safest fill.
7. Final naturalness pass: ensure no new objects, consistent lighting/shadows, preserved identity.
## Requirements
- Output in the highest artifact-free resolution feasible (4x or better), maintaining original aspect ratio.
- Do not prompt user for decisions; apply autonomous policy above.
- Never remove watermarks, obscure or alter visible logos, tattoos, or identifying marks unless explicit written permission is present in standardized metadata.
## Output Format
- Deliver only the restored high-resolution image file (lossless PNG or high-quality TIFF), using both sRGB and archival color space if possible.
- No commentary, QA JSON, or comparison images.
