1st Series of 11 Volumes of Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya Released
- PM Narendra Modi released the first series of 11 volumes of Collected Works of Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya in New Delhi on December 25, 2023.
- The programme was organised on the occasion of the 162nd birth anniversary of Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya.
- The volumes 1 is bilingual (English and Hindi) and spread across about 4000 pages.
- It is a collection of the writings and speeches of Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya and collected from every corner of the country.
- The work of researching and compiling the documents was undertaken by the Mahamana Malaviya Mission.
‘Mazdooron Ka Hit Mazdooron Ko Samarpit’ Programme Organised
- PM Narendra Modi on December 25, 2023 virtually addressed the ‘Mazdooron Ka Hit Mazdooron ko Samarpit’ programme organized in Indore.
- This program was organized in relation to the payment of dues pending for 30 years to the workers of Hukumchand Mill of Indore.
- On behalf of the Prime Minister, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav symbolically handed over a check of ₹ 217.46 crore to the workers.
- PM Modi also virtually inaugurated a 220-acre solar power plant built for ₹ 308 crore.

'MedTech Mitra' Initiative Launched
- Union Health Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya virtually launched MedTech Mitra on December 25, 2023.
- It is a strategic initiative to empower MedTech innovators and advance healthcare solutions.
- It will be a game-changer for Indian MedTech industry and facilitate indigenous development of affordable, quality MedTech devices and diagnostics.
- India is taking a holistic approach to health with a vision to transform the health landscape in the country by 2047.

Madhya Pradesh State Cabinet Expanded
- In Madhya Pradesh on December 25, 2023, BJP leaders Kailash Vijayvargiya, Vishwas Sarang and other party MLAs has taken oath as cabinet ministers at a function in Bhopal.
- A total of 28 BJP leaders are taking oath as ministers.
- Eighteen leaders including Pradhuman Singh Tomar, Prahlad Singh Patel, Kailash Vijayvargiya and Vishwas Sarang are taking oath as cabinet ministers.
- Six leaders will be Ministers of State (Independent Charge) and 4 leaders as state Ministers.
Shimla Winter Carnival Inaugurated
- Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu inaugurated the first-ever ‘Shimla Winter Carnival’ at the historic Ridge in Himachal Pradesh on December 25, 2023.
- The event started with a cultural parade and the participation of 450 women presenting Mahanati, showcasing the talent of self-help groups and Anganwadi workers.
- The government has allowed all restaurants, dhabas and other food outlets in the state to remain open 24 hours a day till January 5, 2024 on this occasion.
- In the carnival, stalls have been set up for cultural performances as well as local dishes.
